Zaspark is owned and operated by Torzwar Technova Ltd (Formerly - Suapkonnect Advanced Technology Ltd). Your agreement under these terms is with Torzwar Technova Ltd (Formerly - Suapkonnect Advanced Technology Ltd), referred to as Zaspark, we, or us.

These terms govern your use of Zaspark, including public browsing, accounts, posts, messaging, media, games, subscriptions, wallets, tips, and rewards. By using Zaspark, you agree to these terms and the applicable conditions clearly shown before you use or buy a feature. Our Refund Policy forms part of the purchase conditions. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

1. Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account on Zaspark. Registration by anyone under 18 is not permitted, including with parent or guardian permission. You must also have the legal capacity required where you live. Use financial and reward features only if you meet their additional eligibility requirements. Provide accurate information and use payment methods and withdrawal destinations you are authorized to use.

Keep your password, messaging passcode, two-factor recovery codes, and one-time codes private. You are responsible for activity you authorize, and must not impersonate someone or access accounts without permission. Manage active sessions and messaging devices, enable two-factor authentication where available, and contact [email protected] promptly about suspected unauthorized access. We will never ask you to email us these secrets.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use Zaspark for unlawful activity, threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, scams, deceptive impersonation, infringement, spam, or malware. Do not bypass privacy or security controls, scrape private information, misuse payment systems, manipulate engagement, collude in games, use unauthorized automation, or exploit bugs to obtain coins or rewards. Report suspected abuse using available reporting tools or support.

3. Your content and our service

You retain the rights you hold in your content and must have permission to upload or share it. Respect privacy and intellectual property. You grant Zaspark a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and distribute your content only as needed to provide and operate the service, consistent with its audience settings and the Privacy Policy. This includes technical processing for media delivery, search, recommendations, topic classification, and moderation where the content is available to us.

Removing content generally ends its availability through your account, subject to recipients’ copies, shared copies, backups, legal obligations, and legitimate retention needs. Zaspark’s branding and software remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights; these terms grant you permission to use the service, not ownership of it.

4. Messages and recovery

Public content and game-room chat are not private encrypted conversations. The first text introduction in a pending chat request is not end-to-end encrypted and can be accessed by Zaspark to deliver and manage the request. Once accepted, ordinary messages between enrolled devices use end-to-end encryption. Acceptance does not retroactively encrypt an earlier introduction. Recipients may still save, copy, report, or share any content you send.

Six-digit passcode recovery is account-assisted. After sign-in and a valid passcode, our recovery service releases a protected key to restore available backups. Zaspark can access backed-up history through this recovery system. This is a different protection model from device-to-device encrypted delivery, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Restoration depends on successful backups or a manual transfer. We cannot promise recovery of history that was never backed up, expired attachments, lost local data, or data protected by a forgotten passcode. An account password reset does not replace the messaging passcode. Remembering a browser permits automatic unlocking for up to 30 days; use this only on a private browser. Lock messages or sign out when needed. Device revocation cannot erase content already obtained by that device.

5. Purchases, coins, tips, and withdrawals

Our Virtual Items Policy applies to all users and explains coins, bonus balances, gifts, transfers, rewards, and eligible withdrawals.

Before confirming a transaction, review the price, currency, quantity, bonus, conversion rate, fees, and other conditions shown. Use supported checkout methods. Coins and bonuses are features of the service, not bank deposits, securities, or a promise of investment returns. Bonus balances may have different spending or withdrawal rules. Buying coins or sending tips does not guarantee earnings or eligibility for a payout.

Withdrawals depend on available eligible balances, supported countries and payment routes, limits, verification, security checks, and any required review. The quote shows the applicable amount and charges. Tips and rewards can be adjusted for verified fraud, refunds, payment reversals, or accounting errors; a gross tip is not necessarily the recipient’s withdrawable amount. Crypto transfers carry network, asset, address, and exchange-rate risks and may be irreversible. Check destination details carefully.

Coin-purchase refunds normally must be requested within 14 days and require return of the purchased coins and the associated bonus or the quoted coin equivalent of a bonus shortfall. Payment-route limits apply, including the current unavailability of automated Bachs NGN refunds. Read the Refund Policy for eligibility, deductions, crypto handling, processing, and support review. Mandatory remedies for defective, undelivered, duplicate, or unauthorized transactions are not removed by the voluntary refund window or a missing refund button.

6. Subscriptions and cancellation

The purchase flow identifies your plan, billing period, price, and whether renewal is recurring or manual. If you enable recurring billing, you authorize charges at the disclosed intervals until cancelled. Use the available subscription controls or contact support to stop renewal before the next charge. Cancellation and refunds are separate: cancellation does not itself refund a previous payment. Review the confirmation for the effect on your access. We will provide notice of pricing or billing changes where required and obtain additional authorization when required by law.

Report billing errors or unavailable paid features to support. Subscription refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy, any purchase-specific promise, and applicable law.

7. Games and rewards

Participation is subject to the rules, costs, timing, scoring, and eligibility shown for each game. Rewards depend on the applicable result and verification, and are not guaranteed by participation. Do not cheat, collude, submit automated answers where prohibited, or manipulate rankings. We may correct verified scoring or delivery errors and withhold disputed rewards during a reasonable investigation. A game result or loss alone does not establish a right to reverse an authorized participation charge; technical failures and legal remedies can be raised with support.

8. Moderation and restrictions

We may investigate reports and restrict content, transactions, features, or accounts where reasonably necessary for violations, fraud, security, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and provide a way to ask for review. We may retain relevant evidence and temporarily hold disputed funds or rewards while resolving an issue. A restriction does not automatically remove a valid refund claim or other mandatory rights.

9. Availability and third parties

Zaspark relies on third parties for authentication, hosting, storage, notifications, and payments. Their terms may apply to your direct use of their services. We do not endorse every user post, message, external link, or recommendation. Features can change, and interruptions, faults, or third-party delays may occur. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent message storage, a particular recommendation, or game results. These statements do not remove remedies for paid services that fail to meet applicable legal standards.

10. Responsibility and limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zaspark is provided on an as-available basis. You remain responsible for your own unlawful acts and authorized use of the service. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, or any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Other limitations apply only to the extent lawful and reasonable in the circumstances; mandatory consumer protections take priority over conflicting terms.

11. Closing an account and changes

You may stop using Zaspark and request account closure through support. Resolve pending withdrawals, disputes, and refund requests and save needed records before closing your account. Closure does not cancel accrued obligations or automatically refund past purchases. Retention and deletion limits are described in the Privacy Policy.

We identify revisions by the date above and communicate material changes where required. New terms do not retrospectively remove rights attached to a completed purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent lawful.

12. Contact and disputes

Contact [email protected] about accounts, content, purchases, or these terms. Include relevant references without passwords or full payment credentials. We encourage direct resolution, but you may use available payment-provider dispute procedures, a competent regulator, or a court with jurisdiction. These terms do not require you to waive those rights or any mandatory protections in your place of residence.
